Under Occupancy Discounts

Under-occupancy discounts are available for our three-bedroom cottages that normally sleep six as follows:

• 10% reduction for four guests
• 20% reduction for two guests

Our two-bedroom cottages that normally sleep four are also available with a 10% reduction for two guests.

This offer is based on one bedroom remaining unused to qualify for the 10% discount and two bedrooms remaining unused to qualify for the 20% discount,

If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please book on-line as normal, accepting the undiscounted price shown, and mention the offer in the comments box. The deposit will be the full amount and we will alter the balance to take account of all of the discount. The offer is not available after the booking has been confirmed.

If you are booking within 6 weeks of arrival please make the booking, ticking payment method, but DO NOT PAY anything. We will send you a link to the payment site and give you the discounted figure for you to pay.

Please note many couples chose to pay the full rent for whatever reason. If you want to take advantage of the discounted price you must note this on the form at the time of booking.
