Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining Room with microwave & dishwasher. Sitting room with colour TV, video and open coal-effect gas fire. Washroom with wc & basin. Deepfreeze.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), bathroom with bath and shower.

Facilities
Central heating by off-peak electric storage heaters. Water heating in electrically heated insulated storage cylinder connected to both normal and off-peak supply. There is no charge for the cost of the off-peak electricity. There is an automatic washing machine and separate tumbler drier in the adjacent laundry. There is a payphone in a separate building. Cycle store.
