Ground Floor: Entrance hall, sitting room/kitchen (with colour TV, video, microwave & dishwasher) sliding glass door onto south facing patio and garden, 1 bedroom (double), bathroom with bath and shower.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 single), bathroom with bath and shower.

Facilities
Central heating by off-peak electric storage heaters. Water heating in electrically heated insulated storage cylinder connected for both normal and off-peak supply. There is no charge for the cost of the off-peak electricity.
There is an automatic washing machine and separate tumbler drier in the adjacent laundry. There is a payphone in a separate building. Cycle stand. Freezer in outhouse.

"This has been our 2nd Christmas at Coastguard Lodge.
This year we've had snow for most of the time.
Everything is very beautiful with magnificent wintry skies.
We've had lots of fun toboganning down the sand dunes
on plastic bags and skating on the flooded fields.
Coastguard Lodge has been warm and comfortable."
