An unusual bird with a large head, the puffin nests down a hole, perches upright, but rests lying down, and has a rather self-conscious expression as a result.

The cottage has one double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. It has its own patio with a wall around it.

The cottage's spacious sitting room/kitchen has french doors opening onto the patio. It has its own oil fired boiler for central heating and hot water. The kitchen includes a larder fridge, dishwasher, freezer, and oven/hob all built in, and a microwave. It is equipped with an automatic clothes washer and seperate tumble drier. The bathroom has a radiator and heated towel rail. Living room has colour TV & video and all bedrooms are equipped with colour TV. A telephone situated in a building at the front of the courtyard is available for the exclusive use of residents. Cycle stand.
