From the upstairs bedroom window you can see into Budle Bay, being part of Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve (where we grow our Lindisfarne Oysters).

The cottage has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, and two twin bedrooms (the one upstairs with en-suite basin and wc). The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle. Around the west facing patio the cottage has its own lawned walled garden.

The cottage's spacious sitting room/kitchen has french doors opening onto the patio. It has its own oil fired boiler for central heating and hot water. The kitchen includes a larder fridge, dishwasher, freezer, and oven/hob all built in, and a microwave. It is equipped with an automatic clothes washer and seperate tumble drier. The bathroom has a radiator and heated towel rail. Living room has colour TV & video and all bedrooms are equipped with colour TV. A telephone situated in a building at the front of the courtyard is available for the exclusive use of residents. Cycle stand.
