Ground Floor: Large kitchen/dining room, sitting room with open coal fire and colour television.

First Floor: 3 Bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single). Bathroom with bath and shower.

Facilities
Automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Chest deep-freeze. Heating by off-peak electric storage heaters (there is no charge for the off-peak electricity). The coal fire can heat both the water and central heating radiators. Water heating by immersion heater. Electric panel heaters in each bedroom. Payphone. Cycle stand.
